Baxter Winery

Set on a ridge in Anderson Valley, with a tasting room in the town of Philo, Baxter Winery makes excellent wines using French cellar techniques, with five-day cold soaks and punch-downs done by hand. Their Pinot is not to be missed.

Lichen Estate

Once a sheep farm, these gorgeous 203 acres are now dedicated to the meticulous cultivation of fine, organic wines. Nab a bottle of their Moonglow Pinot and let it age a while.
