Chef Patrick Martin brings his original flavor choices and years of fine dining experience to wine country while Rock Seas’ interior, designed and built by co-owner Roxanne Hampl, reflects the owners’ many years of travel and artistic style. While the menu on their website provides a guide to what might land on your plate, the bounty that issues from the surrounding farming community means a constantly revolving medley of seasonal ingredients will make an appearance.
