A Proper Party with Minus Tide!

Join us for a Proper Party with one of our favorite wineries!

This party begins at 6:00 PM with Passed Bites and Stations in our kitchen with Brad and Miriam pouring 2023 Minus Tide Feliz Creek Vineyard Carignan Rosé!

The Kitchen is excited and stations will feature a California Coast Raw Bar highlighting a Tartare of a large Local Albacore Tuna served on the bone. We’ll also have some Purple Urchins and Humboldt Oysters on the Half Shell all buddied up with 2023 Minus Tide Sterling Ranch Chenin Blanc.

We’ll also be passing around insane Sicilian Anchovies, Speck Ham and Pears, Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Mezzi Paccheri Pasta, and of course, some Wood Fired Pizzas.
