Wild Mushroom Dinner at Cucina Verona
Enjoy a wild mushroom dinner accompanied by Anderson Valley Brewing Company’s artisan brews and featuring a talk on the local wild mushroom ecosystem by Eric Schramm, Mendocino County’s very own mushroom man!
The menu includes Wild mushroom soup with truffle crostini paired with Black rice ale, baby spinach salad drizzled with warm wild mushroom vinaigrette and shaved Grana Padano paired with Poleeko Pale Ale. For the pasta, there’s porcini Sacchettti with mushroom dashi, sautéed dandelion greens, wild mushroom essence, and basil paired with a great Hibiscus ale. Enjoy veal saltimbocca with a marsala wild mushroom sauce along with Brother David’s Double Abbey-style ale and to top things off, what else but tiramisu!
$65 all included one seating starts at 6PM.
