Join the members of the CHAC for an opening exhibit by local artists Tempra Board, pen and ink drawing and jewelry, and David Yager, ceramics. The opening reception is on Friday, Nov. 1 from 3 to 7 pm. and the show runs from Nov. 1 through Nov. 24.
Board says she is a mostly self-trained artist in ink, watercolor, colored pencil, and illustrator markers. She has taken two intensive classes in botanical illustration from the New York Botanical Garden’s continuing education program, and taken workshops with artists Mike Henderson (graphite), Andrea Allen (Chinese brush painting in sumi ink), and Kathleen Alexander (watercolor).
The Coast Highway Art Collective is located at 284 Main St., Point Arena, the little red building with the big yellow sun, located next to the Redwood Coast Credit Union.
