Forage for mushrooms on private property and learn about mushroom habitats, ethical foraging, and where and how to find the most delicious mushrooms. Finish up with a hearty, mushroom centric grazing platters featuring mushroom pate, smoked and pickled mushrooms, porcini and fir tip crackers, and pine cone and pine tip embellished cheeses and sample a glass of Wentworth wine.
