Ukiah’s Chop Chop restaurant and Tamar Distillery team up for a flavorful Crab Feast Mendocino extravaganza you’re sure to remember! Mendocino’s Renowned Mixologist, Hoolis C. Nation, will be concocting some of his best Elixers made with Spirits crafted in Mendocino by Crispin Cain, Master Distiller at Tamar Distillery. Chef Craig Strattman will be pairing a fantastic four-course meal to go with them. Get ready for flowers, spice, smoke and aromatics to fill your senses and take you places you’ve never been! Advance reservations recommended. For an added adventure, walk a couple of blocks to W. Clay St where you can dive into the Museum of Encountered Objects and the Craft Distillers tasting room.

The incredible menu includes:

Dungeness Crab Tostadas: Crispy corn tortilla, avocado, tomato, chipotle, aioli, crab, lime
Steamed Sea Bass with Ginger Buerre Blanc: Cabbage, leek, red and orange bell peppers, fish stock, ginger, butter
Korean BBQ Local Lamb with Kimchee Fried Forbidden Black Rice and Onion Hay: Smoke, soy, slightly sweet and spicy glaze, earthy rice, onion
Vanilla Bean Pot de Creme with Bruleed Citrus and Star Anise Syrup
