From Villa Ondina you will have access to nearby beaches (Bowling Ball Beach, Schooner Gulch Beach, our own private beach). From the seclusion and privacy of this retreat, you will enjoy a tapestry of wildlife: whales spouting and breaching as they make their annual migration just off the rocks, osprey soaring overhead with the morning catch tightly clutched in their talons, grey fox, coveys of quail, hawks, raccoons, eagles, and of course deer gently grazing on the meadows of the estate.
The shoreline in front of Villa Ondina is protected as a California State Marine Preserve with countless tide pools, rich with sea life of all descriptions: seals lazing on the rocks, sea lions prowling for a meal, otters, star fish, anemones, and sea birds of all descriptions.
