Try California-inspired age dashi, ponzu, and hamachi, or play it safe and order one of Oco’s perfectly executed signature rolls. This tiny restaurant has a “garden” area at the back where you can dine with the sound of flowing water. The Peace Café features a Hiroshima specialty, the Oconomyaki — a kind of omelet with meat or veggies, made on the flat top grill. Great selection of saki and local wines.
