RockSeas Farm Fusion

The culinary scene in Hopland just gets better and better! One of the newest to open its doors, Rock Seas Farm Fusion offers visitors and locals an incredible dining experience in this petite restaurant located in downtown. Spend the day exploring the wineries that dot southern Mendocino County, and then make a beeline for a Rock Seas experience! Chef Patrick Martin brings his original flavor choices and years of fine dining experience to wine country while Rock Seas’ interior, designed and built by co-owner Roxanne Hampl, reflects the owners’ many years of travel and artistic style.  While the menu on their website provides a guide to what might land on your plate, the bounty that issues from the surrounding farming community means a constantly revolving medley of seasonal ingredients will make an appearance. Many of the menu items are gluten-free. Open Tuesday – Sunday.
