Cube Ramen Bar, or Ramen Cubed got its name from the shape of the historic building in downtown Willits, California. It was originally built to house the Willits Telegraph Company, and then the Willits Phone company. Ramen Cubed is a cozy 16 seat Ramen Bar. Outdoor seating is coming soon. We started cooking in 2022.
We have a philosophy of balance—a balance of old techniques and new ones, old memories of the flavors enjoyed in Japan, combined with a culinary background living and working domestically and abroad, merging different experiences, ingredients and flavors, passion and skill.
