In November 2020, a hairdresser and a sommelier from Los Angeles realized a dream that had been years in the making. Damien and Diane Baccaro purchased a picturesque Bed and Breakfast on this stunning piece of coastline known as Anchor Bay (just 4 miles North of Gualala) and embarked on a vision of providing solace and relaxation in what they considered to be one of the most beautiful places in the world. Named Rendezvous Mendocino, Damien and Diane seek to create a meeting place–for friends and family, land and ocean, body and mind. It’s a blend of personally-curated quirky and unique decor, and cozy warmth, with the sound of crashing surf and barking sea lions right outside your door.
