Through the amazing dedication and rigorous efforts of the entire community, Willits Skate Park became the first of its kind in Mendocino County. The park covers 18,500 square feet and boasts an eight foot bowl and other street obstacles.nnHelmets, knee and elbow pads are required by all persons using the park. Skating and skateboarding is allowed in designated areas only.nnWillits Skatepark is closed during inclement weather (rain, hail, snow and other severe weather conditions that are considered unsafe by the City of Willits).
